Let me start by saying, this list isn't complete, nor will it ever be.
I am at the very beginning of my journey to learn about the systemic racism and injustice that BIPOC (Black and Indigenous People of Colour) have experienced and how it has been perpetuated by the system we live in.
If you think you aren't racist or you don't have any privilege, it's time to take a deep dive and do the work that is necessary to dismantle these beliefs because there are varying degrees of it in all of us with lighter skin no matter how much you think there isn't.
I hope that this growing list of resources can help you along this journey so that we can create a more just, humane and inclusive future for our kids. Let's listen and learn together.
